Viraj Damani is a technology entrepreneur who has spent two decades inside the engine rooms of enterprise growth — understanding how businesses actually operate, where they lose, and what it takes to fix it. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Autonomix, building AI agents that automate enterprise operations across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and HR. He is Co-Founder and COO of Tru Performance, a global digital marketing and technology consultancy. Both organizations run a combined team of 85+ across the US, Europe, and India.
His work spans enterprise technology, SaaS, healthcare, cybersecurity, and financial services, with brands including Netgear, Fluke, GoTo, Autodesk, Rubrik, LastPass, SprintRay, Covideo, and Plume Design among those he has partnered with. What has remained constant across everything he has built is how it has grown — every new partnership has come from the success of the last one. He also backs early-stage technology and cybersecurity companies, bringing the same operating conviction to his investments as he does to everything he builds.
